Product Introduction

BOY-MS02 vibration monitor is used to collect seismic waves, mechanical vibrations and various shock signals for a long time. Portable special equipment for recording and storage. The instrument consists of field acquisition recorder, speed or acceleration sensor and analysis and processing software. Boya Tianan BOY-MS02 vibration monitor realizes real-time monitoring of vibration data through MEMS (microcomputer electronic system) and Internet of Things technology, and can be widely used in blasting and vibration detection of highways, railways, tunnels, Bridges, mining, geological exploration, water conservancy and hydropower projects.

▋ Working principle

The BOY-MS02 vibration monitor adopts 4G/WiFi network communication and supports two power supply methods: mains power and solar power. The device monitors vibration data through MEMS sensors and transmits the data in real-time to the cloud platform via 4G/WiFi network.

 Application scenarios

The BOY-MS02 vibration monitoring instrument is suitable for vibration and blasting measurement and detection projects. It is mainly used to record the vibration data collected at the blasting site, and then to analyze, predict, manage, and monitor the data collected on site.

● Dangerous measurement environments where personnel are unable to be present due to explosions, radiation, corrosion, etc

● Measurement environments far from power sources in the wild and testing occasions that require easy portability

● In situations where multiple automatic segmented measurements are required

● In situations where there are multiple and scattered on-site testing points

● In situations where signals are difficult to transmit underwater, underground, or moving objects

● Vibration monitoring, demolition activities, pile driving analysis, structural analysis, etc. for blasting, dams, bridges, mines, highways, railways, tunnels, hydropower, locomotives, seismic stations, buildings and other engineering sites
