1. During installation, please check if the solenoid valve voltage matches the power supply voltage (e.g., household commonly uses AC220V, so use an AC220V solenoid valve. If it's a DC24V or DC12V solenoid valve, please ensure the power supply is correctly matched. The power supply current should be 2A or more to properly activate the solenoid valve).
 2. The pipeline should be thoroughly flushed before use. If the medium is not clean and contains impurities, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from interfering with the normal operation of the solenoid valve.
 3. The solenoid valve operates in one direction and is directional; it must not be installed backwards. The arrow on the valve body indicates the direction of fluid flow in the pipeline and must be consistent.
 4. The solenoid valve should be installed horizontally with the coil facing upwards. It should not be installed vertically or
upside down, as incorrect installation can affect the valve's lifespan, causing the solenoid valve to leak or fail to close properly.
 5. After connecting the solenoid valve coil lead wires (connectors), ensure they are securely connected. The electrical
components' contacts should not vibrate or loosen, as this can cause the solenoid valve to malfunction.  
 6. For solenoid valves that have been out of use for a long time, clean the internal impurities and condensation before using them again.

A:  First, ensure the installation method is correct. The solenoid valve should only be installed horizontally with the coil facing up. Some customers may install it vertically, which can damage the diaphragm.

A:  First, confirm if the input voltage matches the voltage of the solenoid valve coil you purchased. If installed vertically, it can also cause the solenoid valve to not respond. The correct installation method should be horizontal.on.

3. What size of valve should be selected for household water pipes?

A: Generally, household water pipes are equipped with a 4-inch or 6-inch valve.
