▋ Product Introduction
BOY-GD04The vibrating wire crack gauge is suitable for long-term installation on the surface of hydraulic or other concrete structures where the seam line cracks, and can measure the displacement change in one or multiple directions. And it has multiple installation methods to meet the installation needs of various scenarios. The vibrating wire crack gauge adopts an all aluminum alloy structure, integrated design, anti rotation, anti bending, anti impact, anti drop, grounding and lightning protection, and is easy and reliable to install.
The deformation of the structure is transmitted to the conversion mechanism through the front and rear seats, which drives the vibrating string to produce stress changes, thus changing the vibration frequency of the vibrating string. The electromagnetic coil excites the vibrating string and measures its vibration frequency. The frequency signal is transmitted to the readout device through the cable, and the deformation of the structure under test can be measured. At the same time, the temperature at the point of burial can be measured simultaneously.

Drill holes on both sides of the crack and tighten the screws underneath the gimbal in the holes. When pulling out the movable measuring rod of the surface displacement meter slightly, then fix both ends with screws on the universal joint and tighten them respectively. After the displacement meter is installed and positioned, the initial value of the instrument should be measured in time, recorded and filed according to the design number of the instrument, and the lead cable of the instrument should be strictly protected.
Vibrating Sine Crackmeters are used in a wide range of geotechnical projects and hydraulic structures such as tunnels, bridges, dams and pits.
1、Inaccurate measurement data
Q:Check if the sensor is securely installed and tightly attached to the object being measured;
2、Insufficient measurement range
Q:Select a vibrating wire crack meter with an appropriate range according to the actual measurement requirements
3、It is greatly affected by environmental factors
Q:Try to avoid high-temperature, high-humidity, and strong electromagnetic interference environments when installing; take appropriate protective measures for the instrument, such as adding a protective cover.
4、Unstable data transmission
Q:Check if the data transmission lines are securely connected and undamaged; optimize the data transmission method, such as using a more stable transmission protocol or replacing the transmission equipment.
