▋ Product Description
BOY-MS03 is a smart vibration accelerometer developed using MEMS technology. It features a high-performance ARM processor that can perform real-time local calculations of characteristic values. Protocol outputs: X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis vibration frequency (Hz), vibration acceleration (mg), vibration velocity (mm/s), vibration amplitude (μm), and tilt angle (°). Based on real-time vibration monitoring, it reports characteristic values for online analysis to determine impact forces and their effects on structural stress.
▋ Working principle
The intelligent vibration accelerometer based on the vibrating wire principle is an integrated three-axis accelerometer using capacitive MEMS technology, featuring XYZ triaxial acceleration, RS485 digital interface, 4G-Cat1 wireless communication module, and solar panel. It integrates sensing measurement elements and mixed-signal ASIC application circuits internally, with processed sensor signals flexibly output through the digital interface.
